Outbid Update

Hi folks,

As some of you may be aware, I listed a test auction on the outbid site, and the ones who joined in were unable to get it to load.
So I sent off an email to support, and have gotten a reply back from them.
I will post here the email so you all can see their reply...

Now
the issue that your friends had with being stuck on that loading page.
I have seen this happen a few times last week and we are in the process
of trying to figure it one out. With the instances that we encountered
last week, all three of the bidders were trying to access the auction
while they were at work. When they were connected via the company's
landline, they ended up stuck on that loading page. But when they
disconnected the landline and connected via wireless, they were able to
enter the auction easily. This leads me to believe that it's a firewall
issue within their workplace. I'm in the process of trying to get this
resolved with them.

Could that have been the issue with your friends who tried to join?
Any information you can give me on where they were or how they were
connected will be very helpful.
