Well hello there. I decided it was time we had a forum. I got tired of waiting. So I asked Chris if it would be ok if I created a fan based Tophatter forum, and he said sure why not, so here we have the first fan based Tophatter forum!
I hope you all enjoy these forums, and I thank each and every one of you for coming here. I am super excited to see it fill up with all the wonderful links, and ideas, and suggestions, and yes, even the rants!!
